Committee Appointments

The State Child Abuse Death Review Team is an 18 member multi-disciplinary group which consists of 7 agency appointees and 11 members appointed by the State Surgeon General, pursuant to Chapter 383.402 F.S.Opens in a new window Eleven members are from specific disciplines specified in statute. When an opening occurs or when a discipline is up for reappointment, your application will be reviewed, and if qualified, submitted to the State Surgeon General for consideration.
